Guest Check-In

We run a fast, organized check-in process that welcomes guests with ease. Bidder numbers are assigned, credit cards are captured, and mobile bidding is activated — all in minutes. It’s a calm, professional arrival experience that sets the tone for the night.

Auction Support

Our team supports mobile bidding throughout the night, answers guest questions in real time, and ensures all auction items are entered and closed accurately. We reconcile winners, enter live auction results on the spot, and make sure your records are clean and complete.

Paddle Raise Support

We manage your paddle raise in real time, entering gifts as they happen to power on-screen thermometers and giving displays. Donors see their names immediately, energy stays high, and you capture every dollar with confidence. We also scribe and record gifts for post-event accuracy.

Guest Engagement
